Candidates for this position will perform wet chemical, chromatographic (HPLC & GC), dissolution and other tests specific to the industry, utilizing the latest instrumentation. Must have strong problem-solving skills to recognize and solve laboratory/data issues to assure high quality data, good organizational skills, documentation skills, and the ability to multitask. Position has potential for technical and leadership advancement. Requires a minimum of a BS or BA in Chemistry with 1-10 years relevant analytical experience in a pharmaceutical/cGMP environment.

Director, Business Services (P-0494p) - RTP U.S. Headquarters Location

Reporting to Executive Director, Business Services, this position will have responsibility for the management of internal systems that will assist in efficient customer service. The candidate will contribute to processes to support invoicing, quotations, client and Patheon metrics, forecasting, contracts and ERP implementation. BA or BS Degree in Science or Business with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience (MBA a plus). Experience with SAP preferable. Candidate will be expert in advanced functions of Excel, PowerPoint and electronic databases with strong oral and written communication skills. Training of sales and business management processes to the Patheon internal team will also require strong presentation skills. Client interaction will require effective negotiating skills.

Executive Administrative Assistants – RTP U.S. Headquarters Location

|
Direct Report to CEO (P-0463p): Qualified candidate must possess 7-9 years of CEO or Executive and Board of Director level administrative support experience; work flexible hours and travel occasionally as needed to support CEO and board level meetings. The successful candidate must be able to coordinate and lead other executive administrative assistants at headquarters location; must be able to work independently, be highly experienced in coordinating complex travel arrangements and reconciling expense reports for the entire cost center of the CEO. Critical system expertise will include PowerPoint, Excel and Word along with an ability to handle detailed electronic calendar coordination. Candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Senior Analyst Operational Excellence & Strategy (P-0469)

RTP US Headquarters Location
This position will support and execute the centralized governance structure to oversee Patheon’s Operational Excellence program. The successful candidate will have background in establishing and supporting benefits tracking and realization standards, processes, and reporting for Operational Excellence projects. The candidate will assist in the execution of a training program for black belt and green belt certifications as well as future internal training functions, act as the central coordinator for the standardized Operational KPI’s and reporting processes across Patheon global and regional sites. BA required with 3+ years of experience and working knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills and possess strong abilities in written and oral communications. Management consulting experience a plus for this position.
