Duties and Responsibilities: · Perform preventative maintenance, emergency maintenance and repairs on all facility and manufacturing equipment· Operate shop equipment, lathes, mills, welders to perform fabrication and project work· Maintain plant service equipment and keeps logs as required· Complete work orders, preventative maintenance sheets and weekly labour allocation sheets as required· Act as a Fire Crew member· Get involved in upgrading/new installation and commissioning new equipment
Requirements:· Minimum High School Diploma· Licensed Maintenance Mechanic Millwright/Industrial Machinist Certificate· A team player with good communication skills· Minimum five years experience in a similar role preferably in the Pharmaceutical/Food industry· Available to work rotating shifts· Industrial Machinist License will be an asset
