Mr. Garofolo, as EVP of Engineering, Procurement, Patheon Advantage, Information Technology, and CIO, joined Patheon in May 2008, bringing more than 14 years of information and management consulting leadership experience. Most recently, he served as Chief Information Officer at Valeant Pharmaceuticals where he was responsible for all aspects of the global IT organization including the implementation of a series of new applications and processes including; SAP, LiveLink (EDMS), and SQL*LIMS. Prior to that, Mr. Garofolo was the Chief Technology Officer for Broadlane, the fourth largest Group Purchasing Organization within the U.S. Healthcare market. He also worked in the management consulting industry for both Ernst & Young and Oracle. Mr. Garofolo holds a BSBA from the University of Arizona with a concentration in Management Information Systems.
Ms. Mancuso joined Patheon in 2001 as Production Manager of Patheon’s facility in Monza, Italy, becoming Site Director in June 2002. She became Director, Italian Operations in January 2005, with responsibility for integrating and managing both the Monza and Ferentino sites. In February 2009, Ms. Mancuso was appointed to her current position of Senior Vice President & Managing Director, European Operations. In this role, she will be responsible for managing all European commercial manufacturing sites and the business associated with these sites. Antonella is also a member of the Patheon Executive Management Committee. Prior to joining Patheon, Ms. Mancuso held progressively senior roles in production and manufacturing during her six years at Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) in Italy. Prior to BMS, Antonella served as Qualified Technical Director with Select Pharma. She began her career in 1991 at Bioprogress in Rome, where her responsibilities included quality control and registration of pharmaceutical products. Antonella holds a Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology from La Sapienza University of Rome.

Jonathan Arnold

Mr. Arnold, as VP of Procurement & Logistics, brings more than a decade of international sales and business development experience to Patheon. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Agricultural Biochemistry and Food Nutrition from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. Prior to joining Patheon, Jonathan worked for five years at R P Scherer Ltd., a division of Cardinal Health Inc., where his roles included developing the company’s export business and managing its key U.K. accounts. |

Warren A. Horton
Vice-President Global Quality Operations

Mr. Horton, as VP of Quality Assurance, EH&S & Regulatory, joined Patheon in May 2008, bringing more than 25 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in the area of Quality. Most recently at DSM in Greenville, North Carolina, he was Vice President Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. Prior to that Mr. Horton spend approximately 10 years at Abbott Laboratories in a variety of Production and Quality Assurance roles covering a full range of dosage form types. Mr. Horton is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University.

Dean Wilson
Vice President & Corporate Controller

Mr. Wilson joined Patheon in August, 2008, bringing over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, including senior finance and accounting roles in the consumer products industry. Prior to joining Patheon, he had broad divisional finance and shared services responsibilities at COTY. Prior to that, Mr. Wilson held several senior financial and accounting roles at Revlon, including Assistant Corporate Controller, North American Controller and VP Operations Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Pennsylvania State University and BS in Economics from State University of New York at Albany. |

Sergio Steffenoni

Mr. Steffenoni, as Head of Global Engineering, brings more than a decade of engineering development and project management experience to Patheon. Sergio holds a Master of Science in Electronic Engineering from the University “La Sapienza” in Rome. Prior to joining Patheon, Sergio worked for six years at Bristol Myers Squibb S.p.A., where his roles included managing Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance and Project Management of new sterile areas revamping and new plant construction.

Marvin Faber
Senior Director, Corporate Environmental Health & Safety

Dr. Faber, as Senior Director of EH&S, joined Patheon in 2003 as a Toxicologist with the mandate of establishing Patheon’s in-house Toxicology Services Department. Later that year he was appointed to the position of Corporate Director of Environment, Health and Safety. Prior to joining Patheon, Dr. Faber held positions of increasing responsibility at Dow Chemical in the field of pesticide research and served as Manager for GlobalTox International Consultants in the field of product registration and testing. Dr. Faber regularly conducts guests lectures on managing environmental and occupational health risks in the pharmaceutical industry at McMaster University, University of Guelph and York University and is frequently invited to speak at academic and industrial conferences on this topic. Dr. Faber holds a PhD in Environmental Toxicology from the University of Guelph as well as a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from McMaster University and is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional. |
