Patheon Inc. to Host Q4 2006 Financial Results Conference Call and Webcast

Toronto, Canada (December 1, 2006) —  Patheon Inc. (TSX: PTI) today announced that it will host a conference call with financial analysts on Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. (EST) to discuss its fourth quarter 2006 financial results. The fourth quarter financial results news release will be issued before the opening of trading on the TSX on Wednesday, December 13, 2006.

Representing Patheon on the call will be: Riccardo Trecroce, Chief Executive Officer; Nick DiPietro, President and Chief Operating Officer; and John Bell, Chief Financial Officer. The call will begin with a brief presentation, followed by a question-and-answer period with investment analysts.
