The Ferentino site operates a total of four modern GMP lyophilization units ranging is capacity from 7m2 to 42m2 in shelf space. This capacity allows the site to manufacture a range of batch sizes meeting the commercial needs of our clients. Using modern BOC Edwards units throughout the facility the units provide CIP and SIP capabilities.
The site also offers dedicated development scale lyophilization units in our PDS Italy operation. Our skilled development scientists are experienced in the development of large and small molecule products in sterile lyophilized formats.
