PDS Canada operates a full GMP pilot plant facility within the Toronto Region Operations site, designed to fulfill scale-up, validation batch manufacture and tech transfer requirements of our development clients. The pilot plant is an extension of our dedicated development laboratory areas for non-GMP formulation work. The pilot plant is equipped with a full range solid and liquid/semi-solid equipment that is scalable with our commercial operations. Pilot plant processing equipment options include:

Our development staff work with our manufacturing staff throughout the development or transfer process to ensure a seamless transition between development and commercial manufacturing.
