Toronto Region Operations, Canada, manufactures a full range of conventional dosage forms with specialized capabilities in controlled release and high-potency products.

With a strong track record in the manufacturing of high-potency products (low nanogram range per cubic meter), Toronto Region Operations demonstrates its ability to meet the current regulatory standards for high-potency manufacturing. The facility’s high-potency capacity includes specialized zoning programs which strengthen the comprehensive containment and control systems for high-potency compounds combined with stringent environmental health and safety practices and compound assessment systems.

Toronto Region Operations also offers specialized capabilities for the manufacturing of controlled release products, including those manufactured using pelletization, matrix, and coating approaches. The facility also has the ability to manufacture and package controlled drug products.
