Single-Use Bags:
Patheon has co-designed a single use disposable bag system as an alternative to traditional stainless steel vessels. Implementation of this technology avoids incompatibilities with traditional stainless steel vessels and minimizes filling line losses.

Peristaltic Pumps:
The use of peristaltic pumps help to eliminate the need for costly cleaning validations while still providing precision filling accuracy in a system that is well-suited to fill challenging media types such as slurries, viscous solutions, and shear-sensitive fluids as well as conventional liquid products.

Monobloc Filling Line:
Swindon Operations operates a monobloc vial filling line which is fully dedicated to customer development projects. This highly versatile and fully automated filling line incorporates a modern design allowing for rapid product changeover and the efficient integration of disposable components.
