The Monza Operations facility is located near Milan, Italy. The 344,000 ft² (31,950 m²) facility provides advanced lyophilization services with modern equipment for GMP-development and commercial-scale production. In addition, Monza Operations manufactures and packages solid dosage forms in blisters and sachets, and aseptic and terminally sterilized parenterals. The site is also licensed for the manufacturing of controlled drugs.

Monza Operations continues to expand its state-of-the-art lyophilization capacity, more than doubling its lyophilization capacity to 2,150 ft² (200m²) since 2001. Lyophilized products can be packaged in freeze dried vials.
