Professional highlights

  • Joined Patheon, now Thermo Fisher Scientific, in 2000 and has more than twenty-five years of experience in pharmaceutical research and development across multiple disciplines
  • Before joining Thermo Fisher, led a team of fifty people as manager of formulation development for Novartis in Bombay, India and Basel, Switzerland
  • Member of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) and focus groups of AAPS, Pharmaceutical Scientists Group of Canada, and Canadian Pharmaceutical Scientists Association
  • Post-Doctoral research fellowship at the University of Cincinnati and part of the Indian Council of Medical Research fellowship
  • Four patents filed and/or pending
  • Author or co-author of multiple scientific articles and whitepapers, thought leadership contributor to various scientific, trade and peerreviewed journal articles
